TIP #2: Only use Internet Explorer to complete offers. You can use the newer versions of FireFox, but we recommend that you use IE. Don't even think about doing it with anything else!
TIP #3: Turn OFF all AD blockers and pop-up blockers (two different things). Sometimes advertisers won't report your offer as completed because the "Thank You" page gets blocked. Think about it…does doing online surveys with a blocker activated even make any sense?

HELP - I didn't get paid!
So you completed a survey and have not been paid for it? It is rare that someone will be able to fill out every single survey. It has been done before, but it is not likely due to many reasons. Here are a few reasons why you may not have been credited.
1. You have put in fake information before and have been black listed (banned) by the advertising companies.
2. Survey was not filled out completely. Most surveys take around 5-10 minutes to complete.
3. The information you entered was considered to be incorrect such as the zip code of your address not matching the area code on your phone number. Also your address may not be registered as a real address or is unlisted.
4. Most surveys are for those in the USA unless otherwise stated.
5. The IP address of your computer is shared with other computers on the same network, try a different computer from a different location. This goes for home networks, schools, and businesses.
6. Some internet service providers in populated cities will assign one IP address to more than one person. If someone else with the same IP has completed the offer, it will not let you complete one.
7. You may not be the ideal candidate for the survey. Certain surveys have different requirements. We do not control these requirements and rarely know them ourselves.
